Vexcoltrix

Privacy, in plain terms

In effect from October 30, 2026

Below is what Vexcoltrix gathers when you browse this site or use our application form, and what becomes of it. The form asks about your business and about the people who own it.

What we collect

The application form gathers the following.

  • About the business: its name and address, its tax ID, the industry it works in, what it earns, and the length of time it has been running.
  • Owners: each owner's full name, home address, Social Security number, date of birth, the percentage of the company held, and a self-assessed credit standing.
  • Bank statements, which you upload yourself.
  • An electronic signature.
  • Visit logs: our servers note which pages were requested, when, and what your browser reports about itself.

We place no cookies on your device and use no analytics tools on this site.

How we use it

Your information lets us study the company, write the recommendation, answer you, keep our records, guard the site and meet the law. We do not sell it to anyone.

Who receives it

Our own staff, and the companies that host and support our systems, may see your information where their work needs it. No funding source sees your file until you ask us to pass it on. Beyond that, we disclose information only if a law demands it or to defend our rights.

How long we keep it

Your file stays with us while we are serving you and while the law asks us to keep records. When both have ended, we delete it or strip out anything that points to you.

Your choices

  • You may request a copy of what we hold, and a fix for anything wrong in it.
  • You may request deletion, except for records the law makes us keep.
  • You may tell us to keep your file away from every funding source.
  • You may end calls, email and texts whenever you like. A reply of STOP ends texts.

Security

Few people can open sensitive items like Social Security numbers and bank statements, and we protect them with sensible safeguards. No online storage is ever risk-free, which is why the form asks for nothing extra.

Changes

A revised notice will replace this one on this page, under its own date.
