Business use only

What we offer is meant for companies. By using it you state that you act for a company, never for yourself or your household.

Accuracy

Give us facts that are true and whole, and only material you may lawfully share. Our advice rests on what you tell us, so a mistake or a gap can change it.

No guarantee of outcome

Advice and introductions are what we provide. No result is promised. A provider may decline to make an offer, and an offer that arrives may not suit you.

Fees

• Sending a request carries no charge.
• Work beyond that begins only once you and we have signed off on it on paper.
• If capital is offered, its price is the provider's to set and to disclose to you.

Electronic signatures

A signature you give on screen counts as much as ink on paper. We may also send you notices and documents in electronic form.

Communications

You allow Vexcoltrix to reach you about your request by phone, email and text, using the details you gave us, including with automated dialing or messaging. Saying yes to this is not required to buy anything. Your carrier may charge for messages or data. Reply STOP to any text and the texts end. To end other contact, use Reach us.

Limits of liability

As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on harm, nor for earnings you missed, arising from the site or from advice you acted on. On any single claim, our ceiling is the amount you paid for the work at issue. The site is offered in its current state.

Governing law

Disputes under these terms follow the law of the state where Vexcoltrix was formed. State: To be announced.

We can revise these terms. Whatever is posted here, under its date, is what governs.
